The Northern Illinois University football team received 10 points in the USA Today Coaches Poll released yesterday. It's the most points in the poll for NIU since Week 2 when the Huskies had 13 points in the poll. NIU is in the midst of a six-game winning streak and plays host to Eastern Michigan Friday at 10 a.m. at Huskie Stadium.
