Chad Pearson Position: Sports Performance Experience: 1st Season at NIU Alma Mater: Buena Vista University, 2006

Chad Pearson is in his first year as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach with Northern Illinois University. With the Huskies, Chad will work primarily with Football, Baseball, Softball, and Women's Basketball. Previous experience includes work as a Graduate Assistant under Eric Klein at Southern Illinois University and also at NIU while finishing up his Master's Degree in Kinesiology. A 2006 graduate of Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, Chad was a two sport athlete while playing tailback for the Beaver football team and a sprinter on the track team.

Chad is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and also a member of USAW as a USAW Sports Performance Coach.
