Sports Psychology

The goal of Sports Psychology is to enhance the mental well-being of all student-athletes by offering each student-athlete the opportunity to reach his or her potential while participating in mental-skills training designed to assist in the pursuit of one's athletic and personal goals.

The mental-skills training consists of the following elements:
