Entry Gate and Parking Lot Locations
For the Stadium Club event, fans should use the Stadium Club Entrance between gates 2 and 3 located in the Southwest Corner.  This gate will open at 4:15  for the 4:30 start of the event. Fan Buses will park in lot A. Parking for cars going into the Stadium Club is in Lot E. The entrance to Lot E is located at 37th and Princeton.  
 
Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff, at 5:30 p.m. (CT). This will be the same for the Home Plate Club (Gate 4) for patrons at the Sky Club/Sky Box Level seats and the Miller Lite Bullpen, which compares to the Endzone Club and Coaches Club at Huskie Stadium.

Handicapped parking spaces are available in Lot B and can enter at Gate 5. Check the map for parking lot and gate locations. 
 
Guaranteed Rate Field Policies
For the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown Game, all Guaranteed Rate Field policies will be followed. These are different from many Huskie Stadium policies, so fans are encouraged to click the link above to become familiar with these differences, including the no re-entry policy. 
 
Transportation Options and Directions
 
Tailgating and Parking Information:
Tailgating will be permitted prior to kickoff of the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown.  Lot E will open at 2:00 p.m. and all other parking lots at 4:00 pm.  Pay parking is $20 and will be available in all lots other than Lot D. RV Parking is in Lot A and is priced at $42. Uber will pick-up and drop-off on 35th Street.

NIU Student Shuttle:
Click on the link below for more information regarding NIU student transportation to Guaranteed Rate Field. The bus will be staged on the east side of Huskie Stadium on Stadium Drive East at 3:15 and departure is at 4:00 pm sharp. Bus will arrive at Guaranteed Rate Field at approximately 6:00 pm (Unloading in parking lot E). The bus will depart approximately 45 minutes after the end of the game (loading at the same location in parking lot E). NIU Student Shuttle is provided courtesy of NIU Athletics, SILD, and the NIU Student Association.
 
Ballpark Amenities 
Click the link above to see a list of amenities and concessions offered at Guaranteed Rate Field. Please note not all concession or specialty areas will be open for this game. The ChiSox Bar and Grill on 35th Street will be open prior to, during and following the game.

NOTE:  You MUST bring your game tickets and hospitality passes for access to all pregame and premium hospitality areas you enjoy at Huskie Stadium to Guaranteed Rate Field.  You will not be admitted without these items.

  • Located in Magellan Scout Lounge – Enter at Gate 3
  • Exclusive benefit to all Huskie Athletic Fund members within the Coaches level ($1,000+ annually) or higher

• Sky Box & Sky Club
  • Located in Home Plate Club – Enter at Gate 4

• Coaches Club & Endzone Club
  • Located in Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar (single game pass may be purchased for $125) – Enter at Gate 2
  • Must have game ticket to enter stadium and the hospitality pass to enter the Miller Lite Bullpen
  • Food buffet, cash bar
  • Doors will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff, at 5:30 p.m.
