The trip to Clarksville went as planned. Coach Mathey introduced one of his personal favorite movies to us to start the trip. "The Jerk," which stars Steve Martin. Mixed reviews scattered throughout the bus. Reynolds picked up Coach by getting us into baseball mode by playing "Major League 2." The guys seemed more interested in "Major League." Andy Deain made the trip with us and we are looking forward to getting him back into the swing of things. He has been a staple to our bullpen for a long time. His contributions will be greatly appreciated this weekend. We arrived at the hotel pretty late and to top it off, none of our keys worked. So there were quite a few tired and irritated guys here. We have a 4pm game tomorrow so we have some free time to either sleep, hang out or maybe get some homework done during the day. Chuck, Oates and Gonzo will be leading the rotation this weekend. Hopefully the weather cooperates and we can have a weekend of good baseball. Keep up with us on GameTracker all weekend. I would also like to wish the NIU softball team good luck this weekend in Louisville. Hopefully they can bring home a couple wins. Good Luck Ladies! And to Morgan (Bittner), thanks for the cookies - everybody loved them. Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars.
