Ticket Pick-Up Information
There are eight ticket windows at Entrance 2, two of which are wheelchair accessible. Ticket windows open one hour prior to tipoff and one window stays open for the entire game to sell future game tickets. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up at the ticket office at Entrance 2. Convocation Center Box Office is open weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster at 312-559-1212. Huskie Ticket Office can be contacted at 815-752-6800.

• Player Guests Tickets: Player pass table is located inside Entrance 2.
• Visiting Team Tickets: Complimentary tickets will be sent to each visiting team's ticket manager who will be responsible for their distribution at the pass table located inside of Entrance 2.

From the West: NOTE I-90 and I-88 are toll roads and require exact change.
From I-90: Follow the signs to I-39 south as you come around Rockford. Take I-39 south to SR 38 at Rochelle and head east toward DeKalb. The Convocation Center is on the north side of the road before you come to the DeKalb water tower.
From I-88: Take Exit 92-Annie Glidden Road (toll) and go north two miles. From Glidden Rd. take SR 38 (Lincoln Highway) west to the Convocation Center entrance just west of the DeKalb water tower on the north side of the road.


From the East: NOTE I-90 and I-88 are toll roads and require exact change.
From I-90: Exit onto SR 47 South. Take SR 38 West approximately 15 miles to the far west side of DeKalb. The Convocation Center entrance is just west of the DeKalb water tower on the north side of the road.
From I-88: Take Exit 92-Annie Glidden Road (toll) and go north two miles. From Glidden Rd. take SR 38 (Lincoln Highway) west to the Convocation Center entrance just west of the DeKalb water tower on the north side of the road.


From the South: NOTE I-88 is a toll road and requires exact change.
From I-39: Exit I-39 to I-88 East. Travel I-88 East to Exit 92-Annie Glidden Road (toll) and go north two miles. From Glidden Rd. take SR 38 (Lincoln Highway) west to the Convocation Center just west of the DeKalb water tower on the north side of the road.
From SR 23: Travel north to SR 38 (intersection of 4th St. and Lincoln Highway in DeKalb). Turn left (West) on SR 38 and continue to the far west side of DeKalb. The Convocation Center entrance is just west of the DeKalb water tower on the north side of the road.


From the North
From I-39: Exit I-39 to SR 38 at Rochelle and follow that east toward DeKalb. The Convocation Center is on the north side of the road before you come to the DeKalb water tower.
From SR 23: Travel south to SR 38 (intersection of 4th St. and Lincoln Highway in DeKalb). Turn right (West) on SR 38 to the far west side of DeKalb. The Convocation Center entrance is just west of the DeKalb water tower on the north side of the road.

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking lots open one hour prior to tipoff.

Fans should enter at the main entrance of the Convocation Center via Lincoln Highway (SR 38) and park in Lot C2, located directly across from the main entrance (Entrance 2).

• Parking is $5
• Cars with at least 3 NIU students with valid NIU OneCard can park for free
• Handicap parking is available

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Convocation Center Bag Policy/Prohibited Items

• Animals
• Bags, backpacks, duffels (small purses okay)
• Laser pointers of any kind
• Coolers, bottles, cans, containers, or projectiles
• Weapons, flammables, or other potentially dangerous items
• Aerosol containers, or any pressurized container
• Food or beverages
• Horns, noisemakers, whistles,
• Alcohol or any illegal substances
• Helium balloons

Small purses are permitted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to search. Guests possessing prohibited items must return these items to their vehicles or dispose of them before entry is granted. Guests who refuse this inspection will not be admitted and will be issued a refund.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Smoking is prohibited in the Convocation Center.

Northern Illinois University hereby serves notice that unruly behavior by spectators will not be tolerated at games and may, in some circumstances, be deemed grounds for removal.

Such behavior includes, but is not unlimited to, the obvious abuse of intoxicants, actions that harm or endanger others in the arena, and any other conduct that is beyond the bounds of reasonableness for spectators.

WILL CALL INFORMATION

The Will Call Window is located at the Main Ticket Booth inside Entrance 2. Will Call tickets can be picked up on game day one hour prior to tipoff. Media must contact NIU Media Relations to arrange for passes and credentials: Men’s Basketball contact: Jeremy Reid at (815) 753-3706. Women’s Basketball contact: Zach Peters at (815) 753-9572. Media credential pickup is at the Convocation Center loading dock.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions are available for Huskie basketball games. A concession stand is located in the north lobby. Cash, credit, and Huskie Bucks are accepted at our concessions windows. There are 5 windows at the North Lobby that offer a variety of menu items; such as pizza, hot dogs, fries, chicken tenders, and Maxwell Street style polishes, and desserts.

RESTROOMS

Multiple restrooms are available off the main arena, north, and south lobbies. In addition, a family restroom is located in both lobbies.

LOST AND FOUND

Located at Guest Services in the North Lobby at Entrance 2. Contact 815-752-6800.

MISCELLANEOUS

ATM Machine: Located at Entrance 2 of the Convocation Center.

Gate Openings: Gates are opened 60 minutes prior to tipoff.

Programs: Programs can be purchased for $1 in the lobby by Entrance 2.

Souvenirs: The Alumni Shop is located in the northwest corner of the main lobby of the Convocation Center.

Telephones: There are no public phones available.

Disabled Guests: There are a number of services to aid our guests with special needs, including ushering, easy-access seating (Section 105), convenient disabled parking spaces with van accessible spaces and first aid. In addition, drinking fountains and restrooms provide wheelchair accessible features.
