The Huskies are coming off a 65-61 victory over Toledo on Wednesday night, Nader led NIU with 12 points against the Rockets, Aksel Bolin added 10 points and eight rebounds. This is the second-straight season in which NIU has concluded the regular season at Ball State.

Against the Cardinals

A Steal to Seal a Victory
With the Huskies holding a three-point lead with 7.8 seconds remaining against Toledo (Feb. 29), Marquavese Ford came up with a steal on an inbounds play, effectively icing the game for NIU. Protecting the Pill
In its 65-61 victory over Toledo (Feb. 29), the Huskies committed just 10 turnovers, including just two in the second half. NIU’s two second half turnovers are its fewest in a half this season, the Huskies previous low was three, in the first half against both Nebraska Omaha (Dec. 3) and UIC (Dec. 10).

MAC Freshman of the Year?
