2015 • Started all 14 games at safety for NIU. • Finished third on the team with 87 total tackles, with 61 solo stops. • Recorded three interceptions, all against MAC teams, to rank second on the Huskies. • Had at least three tackles in each game. • Made five or more stops in 12 contests. • Finished as leading tackler among underclassmen for the Huskies. • Made his first career INT at Toledo (11-3), setting up an NIU field goal. • Sealed a win with a late interception the next week at Buffalo (11-11). • Also finished with with eight total tackles and recorded his first career tackle for loss in the 41-30 victory against the Bulls. • Had a career-high 10 tackles - all solo - vs. Western Michigan (11-18). • Stopped a Bowling Green drive in MAC Championship Game (12-4) with an interception in the NIU end zone, his third of the season.
2014 • Appeared in all 14 games with two starts. • Led NIU freshmen with 29 total tackles, 23 solo. • Had three solo tackles and a forced fumble in his collegiate debut against Presbyterian (8-28). • Recovered a fumble in the MAC West clinching win at Western Michigan (11-28). • Tallied a career-high seven tackles against Central Michigan (10-11). • Made a career-high six solo stops versus Miami (10-18). • Had at least one tackle in 11 different games as a redshirt freshman. 2013 • Redshirted. • Named Defensive Scout Player of the Week for the Akron (10-12) game.
High School • Three-time all-area and two-time honoree in all-state and all-conference. • Three-year starter set the school record for most career tackles, tackles for loss and interceptions. • Named captain of the 2012 Tri-Cities Team by the Daily Herald. • Rushed for 863 yards and seven touchdowns on 87 carries in 2012. • Caught 30 passes for 351 yards and three touchdowns as a senior. • Registered 113 tackles, 47 solo, as a junior. • Carried 73 times for 858 yards and six scores in 2011.
