NIU rallied for a 30-27 victory over Iowa Saturday.

NIU starting defensive end ranks third on the team in tackles for loss with six. Has made 31 tackles on the year, second among NIU defensive linemen. Recovered a fumble that led to a Huskie TD vs. Ohio. Recorded his second sack late in WMU game. Contributed four tackles, a tackle for loss and a pass break-up at Toledo. Tallied four tackles vs. EMU. Made a season-high seven stops, five solo, with three tackles for loss at Boston College. Had three stops, two solo, and a quarterback sack versus UNLV. Credited with two solo stops at Central Michigan and at Buffalo, and three versus Ball State.

• Earned his first career action and appeared in all 14 games with one start.
• Earned his first career start at NIU in the MAC opener against Kent State (10-4).
