Claimed the team's defensive MVP award as a junior and senior Averaged 42.5 yards per punt during his senior season. Rushed for 413 yards and nine touchdowns on 56 carries, while catching four passes for 64 yards. Tallied 144 tackles and three forced fumbles in 11 games at linebacker in 2011. Averaged 38.5 yards per punt during his junior season. Ran 101 times for 987 yards and 14 touchdowns with the Warriors in 2010, along with catching two passes for 36 yards and a touchdown. Posted 119 tackles during his junior year. Registered a 36.5-yard punting average as a sophomore. Two-time state champion in wrestling at 215 lbs. Ranked as the fourth-best prospect from Wisconsin and the 26th-best kicker/punter in the nation by ESPN.
