NIU Football 2014 New Home Uniforms

On August 16, the NIU Football team got its first look at their new home uniforms.

• First team All-MAC selection.
• Ranked second on the team and Xth in the MAC with 87 tackles.
• His six tackles for loss were sixth on the team; added 1.5 sacks.
• Named one of NIU's defensive players of the game three times by coaches
• Recorded 10 tackles at Iowa (8-31) to tie his career high, with a forced fumble.
• Tied for team-high honors with six tackles versus Utah State (12-26) in the Poinsettia Bowl and with seven tackles at Central Michigan (10-19).
• Led NIU with eight tackles, including a tackle for loss, forced a fumble and had a QB hurry at Kent State (10-5).
• Tallied nine stops, a sack, a tackle for loss and a pass break up versus Eastern Illinois (9-21) to earn NIU Player of the Week award.

• Third on the team in tackles with 83, including 45 solo stops and six tackles for loss.
• Tied his career-high with 10 stops, including six solo, in NIU's victory over Army (9-15).
• Tallied a team-high nine stops at Western Michigan (10-27) and returned an interception 44 yards to set up a Huskie touchdown.
