2013: Played in five games, starting one...Fifth on the team in rushing yards with 143 yards on 21 attempts (6.8 yard avg.)...Recorded seven receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown on the season...Had a career-high 85 all purpose yards at Kent State (10-5), carrying the ball two times for 31 yards and catching three passes for 54 yards...Hauled in a career long grab of 55 yards at Kent State (10-5)... Carried the ball six times for 31 yards and caught two passes for 20 yards at Purdue (9-28)...Scored both of his rushing touchdowns in the home opener against Eastern Illinois (9-21)...Earned 25 yards on six carries and caught one pass for six yards against Eastern Illinois (9-21)....Carried the ball five times for 33 yards in a road win at Idaho (9-14)...Ran five times for 30 yards in the season opener at Iowa (8-31).
2012: Ranked fourth on the team in rushing with 238 yards on 55 carries as a true freshmen. Appeared in nine games. Scored his first career touchdown on a seven-yard run against Iowa (9-1) in the season opener at Soldier Field. Rushed for 25 yards and a season-high two touchdowns on 13 carries against UMass (11-3). Rushed for a season-high 66 yards and a touchdown on six carries versus Central Michigan (9-29), including a season-long 53-yard run. Tallied 46 yards on five carries at Ball State (10-6). Missed the Army (9-15), Toledo (11-14), Eastern Michigan (11-23), Kent State (11-30) and Florida State (1-1) games.
High School: Named to the all-state, academic all-state and all-conference teams as a senior at Leo Catholic High School. Named the Chicago Catholic Conference's offensive MVP after rushing for 1,774 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2011. Averaged 173 rushing yards per game as a senior, helping the Lions tie for the Red Division championship and reach the state playoffs for a second consecutive season. Gained 1,137 rushing yards and 623 receiving as a junior en route to earning first-team all-conference and academic all-state honors. Ran for 4,356 yards and 57 touchdowns in three seasons at Leo. Member of the state championship track & field team in 2011 and earned all-state honors in the 4x200 relay as a junior. Also was a member of Leo's chess team.
