2013: Appeared in all 12 games, starting eight...Made 31 tackles including 24 solo stops...Leads the team in pass break ups with nine...Second on the NIU defense and fifth in the MAC in passes defended with 10... 2012: Played in 12 games and started the final six regular season contests as a true freshman. Recorded 39 tackles on the season, including 30 solo stops. Made two or more tackles in eight consecutive games from Sept. 29 to Nov. 23. Celebrated his first career start with two interceptions, a pass break up and five tackles against Buffalo (10-13). Earned MAC West Defensive Player of the Week honors following his performance against the Bulls. Accounted for a career-high eight tackles at Ball State (10-6). Credited with six solo stops and two pass break-ups at Western Michigan (10-27). Registered six solo tackles against Toledo (11-14). Tallied six tackles versus Central Michigan (9-29). Made three stops each at Akron (10-20) and Eastern Michigan (11-23). Posted two tackles and a pass break up in the game versus UMass (11-3).
High School: Named first team all-state and first team All-Metro in 2011. Served as team captain as a senior. Recorded 37 tackles and six interceptions as a senior, returning one for a touchdown. Helped Vigor to a state finals appearance. Also rushed for 367 yards and six touchdowns on 71 carries and made 18 receptions for 275 yards and four scores. Completed 13-of-37 passes for 392 yards and four TDs as a senior. Member of the basketball, baseball and track and field teams.
