NIU Head Coach Rod Carey, CB Paris Logan and TB Cameron Stingily represented the Huskies at Ford Field in Detroit.

• Three-year starter with five career INTs and 33 pass break-ups to rank third all-time at NIU.
• Recorded at least one tackle in all 12 games he played and broke up passes in seven contests.
• Missed the Western Michigan and Ohio games due to illness.
• Had six tackles and a pair of pass-break ups at Buffalo.
• Registered five solo tackles, a tackle for loss and a PBU vs. Eastern Michigan.
• Broke up a season-high three passes with four tackles, one for loss, vs. Ball State.
• Made five solo stops at Central Michigan and had six vs. both Murray State and UNLV, when he also broke up two passes.
• Picked off a pass in the end zone versus Murray State.
• Began the season on the Thorpe Award Watch List.

• Started all 14 games.
• First team All-MAC selection, establishing himself as one of the best defensive backs in the league.
• Finished fourth on NIU with 77 tackles.
• Had five or more tackles in 12 games.
• Led the Huskies with 15 pass break-ups.
• Made incredible over-the-shoulder interception in the win at  Northwestern (9-6), earning a spot in ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 plays.

• Tallied a career-high eight tackles three times, most recently in the Boca Raton Bowl against Marshall (12-23).

• Forced a fumble in the win at Ball State (11-5).
• Recorded at least one pass break-up in every MAC game.
• Also returned five kickoffs for 99 yards, a 19.8 yards-per-return average.


• Played in all 14 contests and started nine at cornerback.
• Recorded 42 tackles and eight pass break ups.
• Led NIU in kick return yards with 481 on a team-high 20 returns (24.0 avg.).
• Broke up three passes and made six tackles against Akron (10-12).
• Set his career-high in tackles with seven versus Ball State (11-13).
• Snagged his first career interception at Toledo (11-20).
• Forced a fumble and made three tackles against Western Michigan (11-26).

• Saw action in 13 games during the year.
• Finished the year with nine tackles, five solo, while playing primarily on special teams.
• Recorded a season-high two tackles against UT-Martin (9-8).
• Tied that mark with a pair of solo tackles at Eastern Michigan (11-23).
• Recovered an onside kick against Florida State (1-1) in the Orange Bowl.

• Earned Defensive Work Team Player of the Week honors against Cal Poly (9-24), Kent State (10-8) and Eastern Michigan (11-25).
