2012: Appeared in all 14 games for the Huskies and started at right guard in the season opener against Iowa (9-1). Member of several Huskie special teams units, including the PAT/FG unit and punt protection squad.

2011: Saw action in all 14 games as a member of the punt protection unit and on the field goal/PAT squad.

2010: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: Second team all-state selection as a senior at Telfair County High School. Four-year letterwinner who earned first team all-area and all-conference honors as a junior and senior. Second team all-area and all-conference offensive lineman as a sophomore. Three-year team captain named best offensive lineman for the Trojans his final two seasons. Played in every game from his sophomore through senior years. Saw action at center, guard and tackle on the offensive line and at defensive tackle and defensive end. Posted a 169-24 record as a four-year letterwinner in wrestling, setting school records for most wins and most career pins. Wrestling team MVP all four years of high school. Invited to compete in wrestling on the national level. Also played tennis for his high school team.
