NIU rallied for a 30-27 victory over Iowa Saturday.

• Played in all 14 games with five starts.
• Serving as NIU’s top blocking tight end, still caught 11 passes for 98 yards.
• Red-zone threat who finished second on the team with four receiving TDs.
• Key blocker for the Huskies, setting the edge for NIU rushers all season.
• His first career catch was a 16-yard score against UNLV (9-5).
• Had a career-high five receptions, with two going for touchdowns, the next week against Murray State (9-12).
• Named NIU Co-Offensive Player of the Week for his blocking efforts at Central Michigan (10-3).
• Posted a career-high 46 receiving yards against Ball State (10-10).
• Caught his fourth TD in the victory over Eastern Michigan (10-24).
• Named Academic All-MAC for the second straight season.
