2007: Appeared in 11 games as a reserve free safety and member of the punt coverage unit. Credited with two tackles and was in on one tackle for loss vs. Ball State (11-24). Ranked No. 9 prospect among St. Louis Post-Dispatch "Super 30" during senior season. Totaled 125 tackles, one interception, and one fumble recovery as free safety and connected on 18-of-66 passes for 257 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 412 yards and three TDs as quarterback for Class 7A playoff qualifier during senior year. Selected team Most Valuable Offensive Player, first team All-SWC on defense and on offense, and Academic All-State as junior. Led team in rushing with 1,264 yards on 159 carries (7.9 avg.) and 17 touchdowns for 11-1 conference champion and state quarterfinalist during junior campaign. Third team all-conference defensive back on 8-3 playoff qualifier as sophomore. Three-time football and basketball letterwinner and lettered twice in track. Averaged 11 points and four rebounds per game during final prep basketball season. Set school record in triple jump with mark of 45-11 1/2 as junior.
