The word consistency gets thrown around quite a bit in football. On both offense and defense, the coaching staff stresses the importance of consistent play. Yet, for Northern Illinois' specialists, the term takes on a slightly different meaning. For them, consistency also means having three highly-experienced individuals handling three underappreciated jobs.

• Ranked sixth in the MAC with a 40.8-yard punting average.
• Posted a 59.8-yard average on kickoffs to rank fifth in the conference.
• Thirty-two of 101 kickoffs went for touchbacks.
• Punted for at least a 42-yard average in nine games.
• Placed 14 punts inside the 20-yard line and forced 26 fair catches.
• Had only one punt result in a touchback.
• Took over placekicking duties versus Akron and Central Michigan and converted three-of-five field goals with a long of 42 and all eight of his PAT tries.
• Recorded a career-long 56-yard punt at Kent State (10-5).

• Averaged 59.0 yards per kickoff attempt.
• Surpassed a 60.0 per kick average in eight of NIU's 14 games.
