Postseason Central
Nov. 15, 2012 DEKALB, Ill. -With its 31-24 victory over the Toledo Rockets, the Northern Illinois University football team is the Mid-American Conference West Division Champions and the Huskies will return to Detroit for the 2012 Marathon MAC Championship game at Ford Field Friday, Nov. 30. NIU makes its school-record third-straight MAC Championship Game appearance and the Huskies are bowl eligible for the fifth-straight season. To assist our fans in their plans to follow Northern Illinois to the MAC Championship and the Huskies eventual bowl destination, NIUHuskies.com created Postseason Central. Fans can find information on buying tickets, travel packages, auxiliary events and more. Tickets to the 2012 MAC Championship game are $20 each with free admission for NIU students with a school ID. The game kicks off at 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The Huskies, winners of 10 straight games, will face the MAC East Champion in the game.
