DeKALB, IL - Northern Illinois University men's golf head coach John Cleary will hold walk-on tryouts for the upcoming 2008-09 campaign on Sunday, September 21 at River Heights Golf Club, located at 1100 South Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb, IL, 60115. The date had to be rescheduled after torrential rain closed the course last weekend.

There will be a meeting at 1:45 p.m. to explain the walk-on tryout process, with tee-times following. All potential players are responsible for paying for their green fees. Tee-times will begin at 2 p.m.

In order to participate, the individual must have documentation of a physical in the past 90 days prior to Sept. 21. The try-out policy and assumption of risk waiver (both linked) must be signed and returned upon your arrival.
