High School: Won state tournament in the heavy weight class ... went undefeated senior season at De La Salle going 44-0 ... won the Glenbrook, CCC, and Conant Tournaments senior season ... only wrestler in De La Salle history to finish undefeated also having the most takedowns in school history (121) ... three-time varsity letter winner as well as being team MVP senior season ... finished high school career with an overall 95-18 record.
