2008-09: Set the Northern Illinois single-season and career record for pins with 17 ... earned a trip to the NCAA National Tournament after placing third in the MAC Championship ... went 2-2 at the NCAA Championships with two pins ... won five matches, four of which were falls at the Midlands Championships, including victories over Pittsburgh's Jimmy Conroy, Kyle Hutton of Old Dominion and Missouri's Todd Schravian, all three of whom were ranked ... pinned Kent State's Dan Mitcheff, who was ranked 14th in the nation at 133 pounds, at Kent State ... won his first four matches of the season placing second in the Pointer Open.

2007-08: Won his first two matches of the season, including one pin, at the Cyclone Open... went 3-2 at Midlands with falls over Jake Kriegbaum of Air Force and Matt Redmond of Purdue and one major decision against Dalton Jensen of Iowa State.
