2007-08 (Redshirt): Placed fourth at the "Flash" Flanagan Open... defeated Kyle Luedtke of UW-Plattville by fall in the first period and beat Stu Gilmor of Iowa at the Flash before losing to teammate Bryan Deutsch. High School: Finished sixth at the Indiana state tournament as a senior... ISWA State Champion at 145-pounds as a junior... captained team and earned team MVP while leading his squad in team points, falls and takedowns during both his sophomore and junior seasons... finished 45-4 and was sixth in state at 125-pounds as a sophomore... went 37-4 and was state qualifier during his freshman year at 112 pounds... member of the Indiana Junior National Duals Team after his junior year... wrestled for Team Indiana Freestyle and Team Indiana Greco-Roman after both his freshman and junior years... wrestled in the Liberty Nationals.
