Went 6-0 during the month of January, which included a pin and a major decision and outscoring his opponents 41-13... Finished the regular season by pinning Gardner-Webb's Davante Andujar at 4:05... Defeated NCAA at-large berth recipient Nicholas Hucke of Missouri twice during the season, outscoring him 14-4 in those two contests.

2011-12: Went 13-7 at 141 pounds en route to an appearance at the NCAA Championships... Placed second at the Mid-American Conference Championships at 141 pounds to finish on the podium for the second-straight year...
