DEKALB, Ill. – The Northern Illinois wrestling team announced the addition of two more duals to their 2012-13 regular season schedule Wednesday, as the team will cap off their regular season Feb. 24 in Cleveland, Ohio.
On that day, the Huskies will battle Cleveland State and Gardner-Webb. The meet will begin at noon CT with NIU facing GWU, followed by a 2 p.m. CT matchup with CSU.
Cleveland State currently maintains a 2-3 record on the season, having defeated John Carroll and George Mason, along with losses to Eastern Michigan, Pittsburgh and Brown. The Huskies hold a perfect 3-0 record all-time against the Vikings, having defeated them in 2005 (31-6), 2008 (30-6) and 2011 (38-0).
Meanwhile, the Runnin’ Bulldogs of Gardner-Webb have a 2-6 record this season after beating George Mason and Belmont Abbey, while falling to Virginia, Bucknell, SIU Edwardsville, Indiana, Appalachian State and North Carolina State. This will be the third meeting between NIU and GWU, as they Huskies hold a 2-0 advantage in the series.

2 p.m.: Cleveland State vs. Northern Illinois; Gardner-Webb vs. Ohio
