03/17/2012 Huskies Look to Build Momentum at State of Illinois MeetAnnual Quad Meet Set for Saturday in Champaign 03/09/2012 Huskies Begin Stretch Run at EMU Eagle InvitationalNorthern Illinois to Face EMU, Temple and Air Force in Quad Meet Prep: Trained at Victory Gymnastics in Cookeville, Tenn. as a Level 10 gymnast for three years. Took fourth at the 2011 Tennessee State Meet with a personal best score of 35.175 in the all-around. Also claimed top four finishes in the vault (third), uneven parallel bars (fourth) and balance beam (fourth), highlighted by a 9.300 on vault. Earned over 50 Top 10 finishes as a Level 10 gymnast. Scored a personal-best 9.425 in the vault at the 2009 Region 8 Championships to take sixth place, and notched a 9.225 on vault at the Region Championships in 2011. Personal: Daughter of Allan and Angela Malone of Missouri. Born April 5, 1993. Member of the A-B Honor Roll honors all four years of high school. Plans to major in special education. Helped build a church in Costa Rica during high school. |
