02/09/2012 NIU Softball Team Will Be Road Dogs in 2012Huskies travel to Louisiana to open 2012 campaign 2012: Participated in 31 games for the Huskies, staring 19 of them at second base ...Scored once on one at bat. 2011: Played in 30 of 53 games, starting 29 at second base ... Tied for the team lead with one triple ... Began the year with a 2-for-2 game vs. Wichita State (2/25/11) ... Posted another 2-for-2 performance, and added a run-scoring double, versus St. John's (2/27/11) ... Finished the season with eight hits, two RBIs, four runs scored and a .222 batting average. High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner at San Clemente High School in San Clemente, Calif. ... Garnered second team all-South Coast League as a sophomore, junior, and senior ... Earned team's Gold Glove award as a sophomore and senior ... Played for SoCal Cruisers in 2008, finishing seventh at ASA National Championships ...
