2005 HIGHLIGHTS Compiled a 1-4 record with five starts and nine relief appearances...held Valparaiso to only three hits in a eight-run shutout while fanning three Crusaders...gave up only two runs on three hits versus Central Michigan (Apr. 9) in a 2-0 loss where the Huskie offense was held to two hits.

2004 HIGHLIGHTS Led the Huskie pitching staff with a respectible 2.88 ERA despite a 1-11 record...versatile pitcher for the Huskies with 13 appearances out of the bullpen along with 11 starts...earned her lone victory with a stellar performance against Louisiana-Monroe (Feb. 21) by allowing three runs on only four hits...held opponents to a staff-leading .268 batting average.

2003 HIGHLIGHTS Became NIU's top reliever toward the end of her inaugural campaign, pitching nine consecutive scoreless innings of relief during the middle of the conference schedule...included in that run was a 6.1-inning stint versus Bowling Green (Apr. 26) during which she allowed just three hits and struck out a trio of Falcons...collected a career-high six strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work versus Toledo (Apr. 12) in a no-decision...earned her first collegiate victory in relief, giving up one run on four hits over five innings against Tulsa at the Metrodome Softball Classic (Feb. 6).

HIGH SCHOOL Cited on the Chicago Tribune Special Mention-All State squad plus the newspaper's Super 60 team after posting an 18-4 record with one save in 2002...named to the Illinois Coaches Association Class AA All-State squad for her efforts, which included 271 strikeouts and just 21 walks in 172 innings...holds HHS records for strikeouts in a season and a career...tossed a pair of perfect games and a third no-hitter her senior season...allowed only five earned runs for a 0.20 ERA to carry Harlem to the supersectional round of the IHSA Class AA state tournament...was a member of the 1998-99 IHSA Class AA State Champions.

PERSONAL Daughter of Jeff and Lori Granath...Sister, Emily was an Great Lakes Valley 2001 All-Conference selection for Division III World Series Runner-Up Lewis University...played summer ball for father, Jeff, on the Park Cruisers...a Huskie Scholar for the 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05 academic years.
