02/09/2012 NIU Softball Team Will Be Road Dogs in 2012Huskies travel to Louisiana to open 2012 campaign High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner... Earned first team All-County and All-Conference and second team All-State sophomore year, posting a .88 ERA with 124 strike outs... Holds record for most career strikeouts (284), lowest career ERA (1.85), most strikeouts in a season (109), and lowest single season ERA (.88)... Holds a high school career record 23-12 as a starting pitcher... Played travel softball for the So Cal Explosion 18u gold and placed third in the ESPN Florida Citrus Showcase Tournament.
