2005 HIGHLIGHTS Started 41 games for the Huskies...was the team's leading power hitter with a .522 slugging percentage, six home runs and nine doubles...earned MAC Player of the Week (May 9), hitting .455 (5-for-11) with two runs scored, four driven in, and a slugging percentage of .522...the week included going 2-for-3 and two solo dingers against 19th-ranked Northwestern (May 4) and a 3-for-8 effort with two walks and a .500 on-base percentage against MAC foe Ball State (May 7)...went 2-for-3 with the game-winning double to score Kelly Drozd in a 2-1, 9-inning win over Indiana State (Mar 6.)...had a 3-for-5 appearance at the plate with a round-tripper, two doubles and four RBI as NIU swept a twinbill from Valparaiso 9-8 and 11-0 (Apr. 5). 2004 HIGHLIGHTS Played in 39 games, starting 32 for NIU...started the season with a bang by being named to the Metrodome Softball Classic All-Tournament team...put up a 2-for-3 appearance in the tourney with a double and RBI, knocking in the first run in a 2-1, eight-inning win in the season opener against Minnesota...knocked in three runs, including a fifth-inning, two-run dinger to secure a 6-1 NIU win against Troy State (Mar. 4)...tied for a team-high .989 fielding percentage with only two errors and 169 putouts at first base. 2003 HIGHLIGHTS Hit .128 in spotted duty as a designated player while also driving in six runs...four RBI came on the same day after collecting two in each end of a doubleheader against Tennessee Tech (Mar. 11)...hit her first career home run in the opener versus TTU to drive in NIU's only two runs in a 3-2 loss...posted her only multi-hit game of the season against Tennessee-Martin, going 2-for-3 with a walk and a run scored (Mar. 2). HIGH SCHOOL Set RBHS records for home runs in a season (11 in 2001) and a career (29), along with a school career standard of 16 triples...participated in the Chicago Tribune Super 60 Showcase after hitting .461 with eight homers and 47 runs batted in as a senior...scored 43 runs to garner Second-Team All-State notice from the Illinois Coaches Association...shared Suburban Prairie Conference White Division Most Valuable Player honors in 2002...batted .355 with 19 extra-base hits and 35 RBI as a junior after a .391 campaign at the plate in 2000...received four consecuctive First-Team All-Area accolades from the Suburban Life newspaper chain.
