2007: Started all 50 games at shortstop... Earned Second-Team All-MAC honors at shortstop... Led the team in hits (53), batting (.338) and runs (29) in her role as the lead-off hitter... Posted 17 multi-hit games, including three hit games vs. Eastern Michigan (3/30) and at Ball State on April 8... Finished in the top-five on the team with a .403 on base percentage, 14 bases on balls, a .382 slugging percentage, seven doubles and 60 total bases... Tied for the team lead with 10 stolen bases.

2006: Started 49 games at shortstop for the Huskies... Finished fifth on the team in runs scored, with 15, and tied for fifth in hits, with 31... One of only three Huskies to hit a triple during the season... Had good touch in co-leading the team in sacrifice bunts, with seven...a standout in the stolen bases department, leading the team with 12... The most familiar face at the plate for the Huskies in `06, with a team-high 170 total plate appearances... Batted .201 and led the team in assists, with 117, while fielding six double plays... Finished the year with a .907 fielding percentage.

2005: Started 40 games at shortstop for the Huskies... Tied for second on the team in stolen bases with three... Led NIU in assists with 90... Went 2-for-4 with a run scored in a 5-3, nine-inning loss to Eastern Illinois (Mar. 6)... Had another two-hit game in three plate appearances, with two runs scored and a stolen base in a 5-4 win over Temple (Mar. 14)... Continued the big day with a 1-for 4 showing and an RBI in a 7-2 romp over Coastal Carolina (Mar. 14).

High School: Four-year letterwinner for Kevin Hayhurst's Beecher program... Team went 82-20 with three regional championships during her career... Batted .500 with nine triples and 49 runs scored on a 36-3 BHS team in 2004 as the Ladycats made their first trip to the IHSA Class A State Tournament... Stole 36 bases throughout her junior and senior seasons... Earned First-Team All-River Valley Conference honors for her last two years of play... Tabbed twice by the Daily Southtown with All-Area honors.

Personal: Daughter of Jon McPherson and Sally Lohman...sister Tina played softball at St. Xavier University for the 2002-03 season...Huskie Scholar for the 2004-05 academic year...competed for her father's Park Forest Eagles team during the summers. Major: Sociology. Birthday: May 17, 1986.
