2008-09: Served as one of the Huskies' team captains ... Had a combined record of 6-16 in singles action, and an 8-20 mark in doubles ... Spent time between the No. 5 and No. 6 singles position, and served on the top doubles duo in 20 dual matches during the spring campaign, with four different partners ... Started out the season winning three-of her first four doubles matches, over Wisconsin-Green Bay, Marquette and Eastern Illinois ... During the fall season, won the Flight "D" singles championship at the UIC Invitational, capturing three-consecutive straight-set victories along the way. 2007-08: Compiled a 5-14 record in singles play and a 4-14 doubles mark ... saw action in the third-through fifth singles flights ... was part of the No. 1 doubles duo with partners Lilian Asuaje and Nao Umemura ... defeated No. 19 Chicago's fourth singles player (Justine Kentla) in straight-sets (6-2, 6-3) ... played the No. 1 singles slot against Stetson ... teamed with Umemura to record two Mid-American Conference wins over Eastern Michigan and Ball State near the end of the regular season. 2006-07: Went 9-13 in her first season of collegiate singles competition ... posted her first collegiate victory at the Ball State Invitational ... went 2-7 in conference play with victories over Toledo and Akron ... partnered with Megan Brooks in doubles action, posting a 6-14 mark. Prior to NIU: Played No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles all four years at Moline ... placed second in state in doubles during her sophomore season ... voted Most Valuable Player all four years of high school ... one of two people in school history to win conference singles championships all four years ... won the sectional championship four years in a row ... her team was conference and sectional champions all four years, and finished eighth at the IHSA tournament during her senior year ... voted team captain her junior and senior seasons ... also lettered in soccer.
