2009: Indoor - Set a career-best at the MAC Championships (2/27), using a 54-8.75 heave to place 12th... threw a then-personal record 53-1.75 in the weight throw, taking third at the CMU Quadrangular (2/6)... recorded a personal record 39-6.75 at the Panther Open (1/17), placing eighth... took first in the weight throw at the Carthage Opener (1/10) with a 50-8.75 heave... also took second in the shot put at that event with a 39-5.75 throw and at the BSU Quadrangular (2/20) with a 51-6.50 mark.

2007 Highlights: Earned a second-place finish in the discus (39.38m/129-2.25) at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge... also finished seventh in the javelin throw with a mark of 27.24m/89-4.25... captured second-place in the javelin throw (36.44m/119-6.5) at the Jack Shaw Classic... eclipsed her personal best in the javelin with a mark of 39.50m (129-7) at the MAC outdoor championships, taking fifth-place.

2006 Highlights: Placed second in the discus (141-3) at the Chicagoland Championships (4/8/06)... qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Regionals with a school-record and first-place heave of 156-1 at the University of Toledo Triangular (4/13/06)... claimed a personal-best indoor shot put of 39-3.75 at the Redbird Open (12/10/05)... added a PR in the weight throw (39-9.25) at the Chicagoland Championships (2/17/06)... garnered a personal-best outdoor shot put of 36-1.25 at the SIU Spring Classic (3/25/06)... finished fifth overall in the discus at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/12/06) with a heave of 142-5.

2005 Highlights: Finished second overall in the javelin with a heave of 111-1 at the Lee Calhoun Invitational... placed third in the discus (137-1) at the Florida State Relays (3/19/05)... earned a runner-up finish in the javelin with a mark of 114-7 at the Central Collegiate Championships (4/23/05).
