2009-10: Indoor- Raced to a personal-best performance in the 400-meters at the Eastern Illinois Early Bird Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 1:00.78 ... raced to a first-place finish (1:41.89) in the 600-meters at the Tadd Metzger Invitational ran a season-best time of 1:30.18 at the Iowa State Classic ... finished the 800-meter run at the Ball State Quadrangular in a personal-best time of 2:26.83. Outdoor- Set a personal-best at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/14) in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.76 finishing seventh... was a part of the eighth- placed 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Outdoor Championships that ran a time of 3:49.78... ran a leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that ran a time of 9:28.28 at the Drake Invite (5/23) to finish 13th. High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner in track and field ... named her team's most valuable runner her freshman and sophomore years ... member of the all-conference first team as a freshman ... holds the OTFA Under 17 record in the 50m hurdles at 7.53 and the Royal Canadian Legion under-15 record in the 300m hurdles at 43.73 ... graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA while being an Ontario Scholar and a member of the honor roll from 2005-2009.
