Won the 3000 meters at the IWU Invitational (1/28) with a 10:17.26... Took fifth place in the 3000 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) with a PR time of 9:56.19. Outdoor- Competed in three meets during the season... Set the NIU record in the 5000 meters at the adidas Raleigh Relays (3/30) with a time of 16:57.17 to take fifth place... Shattered the school 10,000 meters record by over a minute with a 36:23.93 run at the highly-competitive Mt. SAC Relays (4/19), finishing 23rd... Took second place in the 1500 meters at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (3/17), crossing the finish line at 4:37.10. High School: Attended Carl Zeiss Gymnasium in Jena, Germany... Her 10K time of 35:21 was the second-fastest in the U20 age group in Germany... Ranked fourth in Germany for the 5K with a time of 17:27.
