GENERAL INFORMATION

Ticket Office Operations
The Huskie Athletics Ticket Office conducts ticketing for six of the Huskie varsity sports: football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, gymnastics and wrestling. Attendance to all other home varsity events is free to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.

Location and Hours of Operation
The ticket office is located inside Entrance 2 of the Convocation Center. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ordering and Purchasing Tickets
Individual game tickets must be purchased in person at the Huskie Athletics Ticket Office, online through Ticketmaster, or over the phone at 800-745-3000. For information on full season, mini plan, and group tickets please call the Huskie Marketing office at (815) 753-1923.

NIU Student Tickets
NIU fee paying students are admitted FREE to ALL regular season home athletic events with a valid student I.D.

Payment Info
The Huskie Athletics Ticket Office accepts check or money order payable to Northern Illinois University (NIU), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover along with cash or debit cards for all ticket orders. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed 14 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than 14 business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.

Will Call (Day of Game)
• Football - Tickets can be picked up at the Huskie Stadium Will Call Window three hours prior to the scheduled kickoff time. The Will Call Window is located in the Stadium Ticket Booth on the west side.
• Men's & Women's Basketball - Tickets may be picked up inside Entrance 2 in the Convocation Center 60 minutes prior to tip-off.

Will Call (Advance)
Will Call tickets for all Huskie sports may be picked up prior to the day of the game at the Huskie Athletics Ticket Office during normal business hours.

Children/Infant Admission Policy
All children over age 2 must have a ticket. Children without tickets must be seated in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. Children may not remain in aisles.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited by the pre-event demand expectations. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Huskie Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Huskie Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.

Change of Address
To ensure that mailings reach you in a timely manner, changes of address may be made in writing by email to huskietickets@niu.edu. Current season ticket holders may also change their account information by logging in to their My NIU Huskies Account.

Emails and other written requests should include the following: customer name, customer account ID (if available), previous contact information (including mailing address, phone and email), and current contact information

It is season ticket holder responsibility to inform the Huskie Athletics Ticket Office of any changes in your address before the purchase deadline. All season tickets and subsequent information will be sent to the address on file at that time.

Prohibited Actions and Items
Northern Illinois University hereby serves notice that unruly behavior by spectators will not be tolerated at game and may, in some circumstances, be deemed grounds for removal.

Such behavior includes, but is not unlimited to, the obvious abuse of intoxicants, actions that harm or endanger others in the stadium area, and any other conduct that is beyond the bounds of reasonableness for spectators.

NIU prohibits bags larger than 8 1/2" X 10" X 14" (except Village Common Bookstore bags with purchases, diaper bags with relevant items and baby present; medical accommodations, and stadium seats exempt from size requirement; all items subject to search), alcohol, drink, food, umbrellas, confetti, laster pointers, coolers, aerosol cans, pets, unlawful items or items deemed inappropriate by staff.
