Week's Achievements: Xavier Silas scored 22 points versus Bradley and a career high 34 versus Cardinal Stritch to average 28 points per game for the week. He shot 64.3 percent from the field (18-28) and 57.1 percent from three-point range (57.1 percent). Silas has not missed from the free throw line this year (24-24) and has hit 38 straight FTs dating back to last year. Silas also pulled down 10 rebounds and had three assists while averaging just 24.5 minutes per game in the Huskies' two games. In the Cardinal Stritch win, he also tied his career high for three pointers in a game with six (6-of-9).
 Week's Achievements: Maddie Hughes led the back row with 70 digs (5.83/set) as the Huskies put together their best Mid-American Conference Tournament run since 2001, finishing second.  For her exceptional performance over the weekend at the SeaGate Centre in Toledo, Ohio, the 2010 second team All-MAC selection garnered a MAC All-Tournament nod, marking the first Huskie to receive such an honor since 2001.  In the quarterfinal win over Eastern Michigan, Hughes dug up 32 balls to give her four matches with 30 or more digs in 2010.  Against Toledo in the semifinals victory, she tallied 24 digs.  In the finals versus Ohio, Hughes totaled 14 digs, giving her seven straight matches with 10-plus digs and her 28th such match this season.
