Week's Achievements: Anderson earned his first win of the season in game two of Saturday's doubleheader in which Northern Illinois defeated Nevada, 12-4. In his 5.1 innings on the mound, Anderson only allowed four hits and three walks in the contest, while striking out two. The win was his second career victory as a starter while the win was NIU's first in the month of February since 2009.

Week's Achievements: Gremillion led the way for the NIU softball team at the FAU "Strike-Out Cancer" Tournament batting .529 in five starts. The junior outfielder was 9-for-17 from the plate with a triple, double, three runs scored and four runs batted in. Gremillion, who is hitting .364 on the season, was 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored in the Huskies' 4-2 win over North Florida. In NIU's 7-3 win over Florida Atlantic, she was 1-for-4 with a runs scored in the lead off spot. Gremillion turned in a 3-for-4, two-RBI performance in the Huskies' 13-7 loss to Providence.
